All installations and boards operated and checked on laptop prior to client sign off.

All our installations carry the following 12 month guarantee.

Installation Workmanship Warranty - 12 Months.

1. All installation work is guaranteed to be of good quality and fit for the purpose, for a period of twelve months from the installation date, subject to the fact that no attempt has been made to move or adjust (other than that provided for in the design) the equipment and cabling after the original installation.

2. Any fault attributable to the workmanship, cabling or connections of the original installation will be rectified free of charge during the warranty period.

3. In the case of any equipment damaged as a result of falling to the ground, we would need to ascertain, beyond reasonable doubt, that it had occurred directly as a result of inadequate fixing by us, or that it had in fact been hit by a moving object (ball, book, furniture, jumping up with arm to touch, pushed against or skylarking in general), before we would take responsibility for it's repair or replacement.

4. No equipment installed by us - Ceiling mounted projectors, Interactive whiteboards, Plasma Screens, Surround Sound speaker systems, - are designed to withstand such treatment, and should they be accidentally hit or violently pushed or knocked, as they are big heavy pieces of equipment, they may well, become loose, break one or more of their fixings or fall to the floor. In such an event, damaged so caused is the responsibility of the owner. AVICS will rectify such damage if required to do so, but will make a charge for such service.
